Located in Barrows Park, this monument is dominated by a large " V ". It contains five small circles with the insignias of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps., Air Force and Coast Guard. There are two benches in front of the monument, with plantings, and a flagpole in the back- ground.

Adjacent to the monument is a small stone with a bronze plaque showing three soldiers of the Vietnam era sculpted in bas relief.
