Administration
Administration oversees the overall management of the
Public Works Department. It is responsible for ensuring
that the Department functions as a cohesive and effective
team. Major activities include: policy development,
personnel and fiscal administration, budgeting, public
relations, and information system management. Also,
oversees capital improvements programs, approves
subdivision plans, and acts as the liaison to the Board of
Public Works.
The Public Works Director, Assistant Director, Business
Manager and Clerical staff form the Administration Team.
