Blood Pressure:
Blood pressure clinics are held monthly at the Council on Aging.
Daily testing at the Board of Health office.
Diabetes testing:
Daily in the Board of Health office.
Lead testing on children:
In the office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
Immunizations:
By appointment in the office.
In schools as needed.
Flu Vaccine:
Clinics offered in the months of November and December.
Available to shut-ins by appointment.
Pneumonia shots:
By appointment in the office.
Patient assessment and referrals:
Made by nurse upon request.
Daily:
Visits made for patients whenever necessary.
Food Pantry- 9:00-10:30am Mondays and Fridays.
Referrals to Community Services.
Case management for communicable disease
Provide general health information and referrals.
