Principle Function:
Responsible for municipal accounting functions of the Town
including the maintenance of all financial records of the
Town. Responsible for monitoring the expenditures and receipts
of all Town funds ensuring compliance with Massachusetts General
Laws and Municipal Town By-Laws. Maintains the custody of
contracts entered into by the Town. Prepares monthly, quarterly
and yearly financial reports as required by the Town and/or
Federal and State Agencies.
